At Elegy Coffee, we want you to enjoy every brew, but due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns on beans. If you are unsatisfied with your equipment or merchandise, we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return your merchandise.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging; for quality issues with coffee beans, please include the roast date and batch number.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
